UX – User Experience
UX, short for user experience, refers to the totality of impressions that users make when interacting with a website or application. All aspects of interaction, such as visual design, user-friendliness, functionality and performance, are taken into account. A good UX is crucial for success in the digital space as it influences user satisfaction and retention. This includes aspects such as usability, efficiency, performance, accessibility and aesthetics. Through good UX design or targeted optimization of the UX, companies can improve their online presence, increase conversion rates and boost their visibility in search engines.
The equivalent of UX, which is about the user experience, is UI which describes the visual graphical user interface.
