User Journey

The user journey, also known as the user journey, describes the path that a user takes on a website or in an application from the first contact to reaching their goal. This includes all points of interaction and touchpoints during the entire period of use. For a positive user journey, it is important to understand the needs and expectations of users.

A in-depth analysis of the target group, their motivations and their behaviour - which can be carried out using personas, for example - provides valuable insights for adapting and optimizing the user journey. Customer journey maps can be used to identify weak points in order to adapt the online presence accordingly and thus increase conversion rates.
