Brand Audit

A brand audit is a comprehensive review of a brand. The aim is to gain an in-depth understanding of the status of a brand, its impact and its environment and to obtain clear indications of its weaknesses and the opportunities for strengthening it. This process involves gathering information and assessing key elements.

As a rule, we evaluate the quality and consistency of a brand's image, the effectiveness of its communication, the stringency and coherence of its strategy and its uniqueness compared to the competition. We also assess how a brand is experienced at its touchpoints from the customer's point of view. Particular attention is paid to evaluating the customer journey - from the first online encounter to the purchasing process and after-sales service. The effectiveness of the digital communication channels, the user-friendliness of the website and the response to social media are examined. The aim is to create a seamless, positive customer experience that promotes loyalty and strengthens brand loyalty.
