Buyer Persona

Buyer personae (also known as "buyer personas") are fictitious people who represent a typical customer. They are based on extensive market research data and describe demographic characteristics, behaviors, needs, preferences and challenges of the target group. Buyer personas help to better understand ideal customers and to target marketing messages and strategies and enable a personalized approach to customers.
