Brand Metrics

Brand metrics are quantifiable measures used to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of branding efforts. We use Brand Key Performance Indicators to measure the success of brands. Here is a selection of the most important KPIs for us.

Brand awareness:
The proportion of the target group that knows the brand with and without support. This value can be determined through surveys or market research, for example.

Reach:
The number of people who have come into contact with the brand. Here we measure impressions, website visits and social media reach.

Brand image:
Perception of a brand by the target group. Can be found out through surveys, sentiment analysis, social listening.

Brand associations:
Characteristics and values associated with the brand. Recognized through focus groups or surveys.

Customer experience:
The quality of interactions between the customer and the brand. We can determine this through customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.

Engagement rate:
Degree of interaction with the brand on social media or other channels. Likes, shares, comments, interaction rate can be measured here.

SEO ranking (Search Engine Optimization):
Visibility of the brand in search engine results. Here we look at search engine rankings and organic traffic.
