Sub-Brand

A sub-brand is a brand that is positioned below a superordinate umbrella brand or main brand. It can either be an independent product line within the main brand or have a specific orientation that differs from the main brand. Sub-brands are used to address different target groups or cover specific product segments, while at the same time benefiting from the overarching brand awareness and reputation.
