Human Centered Design
In brand workshops with the extended Trapez leadership team, we reflected on the evolution of the office, founded in 1987, sharpened strategic goals, defined cultural values, and articulated the guiding principle – “Human Centered Design.” This brand strategy was translated into the brand story, internal and external communication strategy, corporate design, and a newly redesigned website.
Results of the branding process:
- Positioning: The strengths of Trapez with a focus on schools, public buildings, control centers, housing developments, and building within existing structures are clearly established.
- New corporate website: User-centered design, programmed by us using Kirby – emphasizing user experience strategy, digital design, and responsive design.
- Strengthened brand identity: The new brand identity was developed with the team, matches the culture, and is carried as part of the transformation from within. Design systems, clear brand guidelines, and a new visual language ensure the brand’s consistent and striking presence.
- Employer branding: The unique aspects of working at Trapez – personal responsibility, collaborative decision-making processes, and meaningful projects – are communicated authentically. The new careers page supports the digital candidate journey.
For Trapez, this means a visible transformation both internally and externally. For us, this case is another example of the power a brand develops when strategic brand management, design, and culture go hand in hand, with the team actively participating.
