To this end, we design the entire application process at SCHIFFL as a convincing digital candidate journey. The idea behind it: If SCHIFFL feels right to me digitally throughout the entire application process and at all touchpoints, I am more likely to apply there than elsewhere. As the centrepiece and destination of the journey, we design the SCHIFFL career page. Through personal stories, vivid photography, numerous animations, playful learning about the company’s values, one-click application options and the integration of Personio into HR work, we make the career page an attractive mirror for the company behind it. We generate visibility for the employer brand through a techie-style campaign on social media and track and optimise it on an ongoing basis. This gives us a clear view of the digital channels through which applicants come to SCHIFFL and how they move through the individual stages of the journey. The result: significantly more applicants and traffic on the career page.
