therlys is a new PropTech brand by Hamburg-based noventic group. With its smart heating technology, it saves energy in existing properties while creating transparency and economic efficiency. For the go-to-market strategy, we are shaping the new brand’s presence — centered around the therlys website, acting as both showcase and sales engine in one.

Challenge

New offering. Unknown brand. A product that needs explaining across different target audiences. The new therlys brand has to win over the market on multiple levels, while also backing the sales team.

Objective

The new brand builds trust quickly and becomes the first choice for intelligent heating control in existing properties.

Website

The therlys website mirrors the new brand — intelligent, tech-driven, and designed for people. With distinctive features like a custom-built content generator. Optimised for target audiences and maximum visibility in the age of AI.

Experience

Heating systems in multi-storey buildings are complex constructs of devices, data, and processes. We map the therlys ecosystem on the website as a techy journey. It is clearly structured, with high-quality content: sharp graphic visuals, AI-generated imagery in a distinct therlys aesthetic, and intuitive UX.

Visual Content Generator

Visually derived from heat maps, we translate the theme of “heat measurement” into a striking key visual — and build a custom digital tool alongside it. With this tool, therlys can independently generate motion content for web, social media, and other channels.

Technische Features

  • We present therlys products as interactively controllable 3D models via WebGL (Three.js). For fast load times and high performance, they are loaded as mesh-optimised GLB files. PBR materials, image-based lighting, and baked ambient occlusion create realistic lighting and a premium look. Thanks to an optimised render loop, the models display smoothly — even on older or lower-performance devices.

  • The browser-based key visual generator we developed uses the HTML5 Canvas for high-performance rendering. It allows images or videos to be uploaded, or procedural waveforms to be generated based on sine curves and Simplex Noise. Numerous parameters enable precise adjustment of the lines — by colour, count, orientation, or softness. The generated visuals can be exported directly as SVG, frame sequence, or video. All settings can also be shared via URL.

In line with the brief “strategic PropTech partner”, we give the brand a confident presence — clear, precise, active. Built for every stage, from trade show booth to smartphone.
