The Hamburg-based company's clients include: Wunder Mobility, Car2Go, ARD, Google. In the rebranding, we make the meta-themes of Ubilabs – location, data, intelligence – tangible through a clear and digitally appealing visual language. In addition, we play with surface structures and details as well as tactile graphics and fresh colours in the design.
Brand platform
Cockpit, library and brand bible – our digital brand platform makes working with the new brand design for Ubilabs comfortable. Always up to date and accessible from everywhere, it is a central tool for consistent and growing management of the brand and its design elements.
Internal rebranding
Rebrandings are always change processes that transform brands internally. At Ubilabs, the process of rebranding was deliberately shared with the employees from the beginning in order to make the underlying strategy comprehensible. Karoline Gericke, the marketing manager at the time, says about the rebranding: “Internally, there was a great dynamic, especially because many of the team were involved – and continue to be so after the kick-off. My impression is that all our employees feel very comfortable with the redesign and see themselves reflected in the Ubilabs brand. I also have the impression that my colleagues are motivated by the clear focus on important issues for the future – especially our focus on sustainability and the prospect of making a positive contribution for future generations.”
