To play with the Munken Creator is inspiring. You turn different knobs – and letters dance out of line, float, flash. To do this, we use new technology and the Munken Sans typeface developed by Munken in 2020 for the international design community.
MY Type
We use browser-based technology to develop the Munken Creator. So anyone can play and experiment with it – without any additional software. The reactive user interface shows changes in real time. In addition, each setting of the Munken Creator is saved in the URL. This allows designs to be easily shared with others.
Recognition from ED Award & ADC Award
The Munken Creator appeals to the jurors. It wins silver at the European Design Award. The Art Directors Club awardes it two nails for “Creative Coding” and “Creative Use of Typography”.
