People are writing more again, and not just since Covid. The first book of one’s own is a dream that many people want to fulfill. With Books on Demand (BoD), anyone can do it. The brand from Norderstedt accompanies authors through every phase of writing a book and has thus become the platform for around 50,000 authors. With our help, BoD is set to become a well-known brand in Europe.
New chapter in the BoD story
Prior to our rebranding, the BoD brand was positioned unclearly and tried to appeal equally to publishers and authors. BoD today has a stronger positioning as a self-publishing brand for authors and is recognisable as the market leader in its category – thanks to us.
Platform for authors from all over Europe
In line with the market position and strategy, we are renewing BoD’s brand design. The brand will be much younger, more digital. The colors fresher. We are revising the word mark and giving BoD a completely new visual language. With the new design system, the entire writing process becomes one through a continuous customer journey.
Campaign “Fulfill Your Book”
With our social media campaign “Fulfill your book,” we want to whet the appetite for writing, especially among first-time authors. In film clips, we show the writing process as a life booster and play the whole thing out on social media.
